No prior training experience is required to start. Every new youth or adult athlete goes through a Discovery Visit that establishes baseline numbers and determines the right starting point. What we look for isn't a fitness level. It's readiness to be coached. Trial Athletics is a coaching-first gym, which means we meet athletes where they are and build from there with a real progression plan.
